- Full Payment – Must be made at time of booking.
- Credit Card and Identification – Will be required on arrival.
- Accepted Payment – Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners.
- 24 Hour Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made by phone directly with the Hotel 24 hours before 2pm on day of arrival. Failure to cancel by this time will result in a full 1 nights charge plus a $15 administration fee will apply to cancelled bookings.
- Currency – All prices are $AUD.
- No Arrivals After 10pm – This is for the comfort of other guests. Small delays (15-20mins) will catered for only when advised by phone and keys will NOT be left in doors.
- No Pets – $100 cleaning fee will be incurred with pets found in rooms.
